UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND UPDATES FOR 2021

"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist after growing up."
-Pablo Picasso

It never ceases to amaze me how many changes we make throughout our lives. I have made many changes of direction in my life. I know many people that are still looking for their niche. I hope that they open their hearts and listen to what it has to say, that is how I have found the right path. I mention change, but there is also the constant. Art has always been in my life, sometimes at the forefront, other times in the background. Ever present and ever passionate. I look forward to sharing this large part of my life with others as it is such an integral part of our lives. I will do all in my power to foster and nurture creative expression in those that I teach in whatever form appeals to them. If I have not the expertise in the field they choose, I will have resources to point them to someone as equally excited about their success as I am.
This is my portfolio. It is a peek into who I am, and where I am going on my journey into art education and being an art facilitator. I have included a little about my background, why I would like to teach, my philosophies of education and how I plan to achieve my goals with a rough estimate of when. There are also blogs, to record certain aspects of my present and future journey into teaching. I hope to continue adding to these pages as I learn and grow as an educator.

Three words to describe me: Passionate, Purposeful, Possibilitarian
